The Ven at Embassy Row hosted multiple Holi festivities for D.C. residents March 24 in Dupont Circle.

Holi is a Hindu holiday that celebrates the arrival of spring. Attendees of the event watched Bollywood dance performances by Studio Dhoom before participating in the tradition of throwing colored powder on one another.

The streets were vibrant and full of life as vendors sold food and a DJ played Bollywood music. People – and dogs – of all ages enjoyed the cultural celebration.
